I want to welcome you to come join me on my kindness journey by writing positive affirmations to yourself using the SELFKIND circle note cards or a simple scrap of paper. Spend 10-15 minutes with yourself and write down your thoughts, wishes, or even an inspirational quote. Keep the card with you throughout the day as a reminder that you are okay. If you’re feeling really inspired by a specific card hold the note card in front of the person, place or group it together with a few things that best represent that affirmation. It could be what motivates, inspires or loves you that day.
